VAS Platform

Value-added-services platform software — messaging engines, subscriber portals and admin tooling — built for VAS companies to run as their own.

Mayaal built value-added-services platform software for companies in the VAS business — SMS and MMS messaging engines, the web portals subscribers interact with, and the administration tooling that sits behind both.

The distinction matters, so it is worth stating plainly: Mayaal built and sold the platform, it did not operate it. The VAS companies that bought it ran their own services and held their own carrier relationships. Nothing here claims traffic, subscribers or operator integrations that belonged to the buyer.

Building software to be handed over changes how you build it. It has to be configurable rather than hard-coded, because the next client's requirements are not this one's. It has to ship with an administration panel another company's operations team can actually run. And it has to be documented well enough to survive without the people who wrote it.
