What Mayaal does
Five things, done properly.
Not a full-service agency. A focused shop that builds for three kinds of screen, plus the platforms and backends behind them — and has shipped every one of them more than once.
Mobile applications
Flutter for one codebase across both stores, native where a project calls for it. Offline-first content apps, live-tracking fleet tools, marketplaces. Eight are live on Google Play and the App Store right now.
Websites & web platforms
From company sites to multi-sided platforms — a homework marketplace for students and teachers, a trades directory, a city-wide ordering portal. Built to be run by the people who commissioned them.
VAS platforms
Value-added-services platform software for VAS companies to operate themselves — SMS and MMS messaging engines, subscriber web portals and the administration tooling behind them. Built for hand-over, not hosted by us.
Backends & admin panels
The half of every project nobody sees: the APIs the apps talk to, the databases behind them, and an administration panel your own team can run without calling us.

How it goes
Small shop. Direct line.
Mayaal is deliberately small, and works on a handful of projects at a time. No account layer, no handoff between the people who scope a build and the people who write it, no rebuilding context every fortnight.
1 — Understand the constraint
A short call, then a written read of what's actually hard: the platform you haven't shipped to before, the integration that keeps failing, the flow nobody can get right. Free, and useful even if nothing follows.
2 — Scope it honestly
A concrete plan with a shape and a range, including the parts that are risky and the parts that could be cut. If the honest answer is that you don't need outside help, you'll hear that instead.
3 — Build and hand over
Working software, an admin panel your own team can run, documentation they can act on, and a handover that assumes Mayaal won't be there next year. Store submission included where it applies.
